For enforced family use, the teen’s iPhone must be signed into a child Apple Account within the parent’s Family Sharing group. Return to Push to Earn and request Screen Time access again after the account is configured. The app also offers honor mode and a self-managed mode, which can be revoked in Settings.
The camera is black or permission was denied
Open Push to Earn, start a challenge, and use its Open Settings button. You can also go to iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and enable Push to Earn. The camera is processed on the iPhone; video is not recorded, saved, or uploaded by the app.
Push-ups are not counting
- Place the iPhone securely in portrait orientation with the front camera facing the exercise area.
- Use a well-lit space and keep the working arm visible.
- Move through a clear top and bottom position instead of rushing the set.
- Use a clear, stable area and stop for pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
An app remains blocked after a challenge
An app selected in more than one group opens only when every group containing it is unlocked. Bedtime also keeps all guarded apps blocked and cannot be overridden by a challenge. A parent can review group overlap, bedtime, daily limits, and lock status in the PIN-protected parent settings.
Privacy and deleting local data
Push to Earn has no account and does not upload app data. Deleting the app removes its local data according to iOS behavior. Read the full Privacy Policy for camera, Screen Time, website, and contact details.
